Working in a team questions

 1. How do you manage your time to meet deadlines? To meet deadlines, I try to make remembers on the calendar, so I can manage my time to do the task.

2. What role do you take working in teams? That is a good question, but the role a take depends on the context. I mean, it depends on the other team members because if someone take the leadder rol, I take a passive role. But if anyone wants to do it, I take the role.

3. Would you be able to make decisions in stressful situations? I wouldn't be capable of make a decision because when I under preassure, I tend to get shocked. So, I'm bad making decisions under preassure.

4. Do you consider the opinion of others are important? Yes, I do. Because different points of view are better than one point of view.
